I graduated from Purdue University at West Lafayette , USA , with a bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering and had lived in the US for a few years for studies and work . After graduation, I landed a job in Hawaii in the airline catering industry.
In 2014 I came back to Singapore and started a coffee business and have been running it since then. The journey wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. As an Entrepreneur I had a taste of success and failure and learn to grow stronger . Having passion in badminton since a young age and been very active in competition in the US mainly in the Midwest region, I also provide badminton coaching on a part time basis while in the US and now in Singapore.
In 2019, I temporarily loss my ability to walk due to sports injury. I felt completely helpless having stuck on a wheel chair for several months. I regretted not having proper insurance coverage for my injury and that's where I come to the realization of the importance of insurance. Shortly after, the Pandemic Covid-19 came and I have witnessed the loss of life of family and love ones and the financial impact that can bring . I decided to join prudential and hope to add value to people's life.

How many financial agents actually love what they do? After all, they are the ones passers-by shun. I however, look at it from another angle . I get to work with people who are sincerely trying to improve their lives and see how the world really works and how with the right financial decisions, one can live a life without financial worries.
Being a consultant allows me to keep a lot of positivity and growing strength in my life. Having a positive impact on people's life is the most rewarding thing that one can dream of. It's the satisfaction at the end of the day that you tell yourself "I made a difference".
Some would say being poor and happy trumps being rich and miserable but in reality, poverty is the biggest sin that one could dream of . This hard truth is not welcomed by most; many either live in delusion or they avoid agents like the plague. When things go wrong, they are the ones who have to live with it.
I am always going to be honest because the truth can hurt.
