keeping Fit

Keeping fit and staying in shape has always been one of the top priority in my life. From young I have been actively participated in badminton tournaments representing in the first team for ACS Independent and my College days at ACJC.

After graduating from ACJC, I was enlisted in First Commando Battalion. The physical training was daunting and one of the highlight was to be able to jump off a plane from 1000feet .

I used to commute with a foldable bicycle to deliver coffee beans (10kg) from shop to shop in the name of saving cost and developed the love of cycling over time as a form of exercise.

There are plenty of things you could do to stay in shape. If you find yourself too busy to exercise, maybe it's time to reflect and take care of your body. Maybe you can start by taking long hikes in one of those beautiful nature parks in Singapore.
